Crockpot Cheesy Potatoes


I truly believe Sunday is meant to be a day of rest, and could there be anything easier than a Crockpot recipe!? Blake created this masterpiece and our entire apartment now smells spectacular.  This recipe is one that takes you 15 minutes to prepare, but then can be left alone until you're ready to eat it.  We don't use our Crockpot often, but when we do.... it's amazing. 



INGREDIENTS:
1 lb.  Frozen Hashbrowns
1/2 Cup onion -diced
1/2 Can Condensed Cream of Chicken
8 oz. Sour Cream 
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1. Grease the inside of your Crockpot with oil or spray.  Then, combine all of the ingredients and mix them thoroughly (save yourself some cleaning and mix it in the Crockpot itself).

2.  Cook for 3 hours on Medium setting.  Ours started cooking really quickly,  so we turned it from the 6-hour setting to the 10-hour setting.  Leave it on warm until you are ready to serve it.
